"英才计划"是武汉职业技术学院创新人才培养模式。结合生物工程学院开展试点的基本情况,阐述了"英才计划"实施的背景、步骤、主要特点、实施成果和保障措施,为高职院校创新人才培养模式、提高人才培养质量提供一定的借鉴。

"Talent Plan"is a new teaching mode of Wuhan Institute of Technology.Combined with the specific situation of School of Biological Engineering,this paper analyzes the background of"Talent Plan",execution procedure,main features,the results and supporting measures,hoping to provide a reference for innovative talent training mode to improve the quality of personnel training.
