青少年法治教育现状调查研究

Investigation and Study on the Status Quo of the Rule of Law Education

通过调查问卷的形式,对当前青少年法治教育状况、存在问题及改进措施进行了深入调查研究。发现青少年的法治意识、法治素养状况直接影响中华民族的整体法律素质和社会主义法治国家的建成。法制教育需要充分发挥教育主体的功能,克服教学经费不足、法治意识淡薄等困难,从明确教学性质、完善教育内容、创新教学模式、健全教育组织等方面入手,及时调整法治教育课程及教材,形成多样化的教育方式,通过多方合力、齐抓共管的良性格局,保障青少年法治教育的顺利开展。

Through the form of questionnaire,we carried out an in-depth investigation and research on the situation,existing problems and improvement measures of the current juvenile rule of law education.We find that the rule of law in teenagers has a direct impact on the overall legal quality of the Chinese nation and the establishment of a socialist country ruled by law.We need to give full play to the education of legal system education main body function,and overcome the insufficient education funds,the rule of law consciousness and other difficulties.From the aspects of the nature of teaching,perfecting the education content,teaching innovation of teaching mode and improvement of the education organization,we should adjust the rule of law in education course and teaching material to form diversified education mode.Through the multilateral force,we should carry out the benign pattern and ensure the smooth operation of the youth of the rule of law education.
