20例躯体活动障碍伴阵发性位置性眩晕患者手法复位的护理

Nursing of 20 Patients Requiring Reduction Maneuver for Somatization Disorder Symptoms Complicated with Benign Positional Paroxysmal Vertigo

总结20例躯体活动障碍伴良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者手法复位的护理经验。根据受累半规管及躯体活动障碍部位采用个体化手法复位治疗,实施手法复位要点包括:手法复位前护士了解患者病情,做好手法复位的健康教育,复位前环境及物品准备,做好心理护理和体位管理,手法复位后注意事项。20例患者实施手法复位后,分别于治疗后1周及1个月后复查,20例患者均痊愈,随访12~18个月后未见眩晕复发。

This paper summarized the nursing for 20 patients requiring reduction maneuver for somatization disorder symptoms complicated with benign positional paroxysmal vertigo(BPPV).We conducted individualized reduction maneuver based on the affected semicircular canal and different parts with somatization disorder.The key points of reduction maneuver included complete understanding of patients’condition before the maneuver,health education,full preparation for the maneuver,psychological nursing and position management and notes after the maneuver.The recheck 1 week and 1 month later indicated all the patients recovered and no recurrence of BPPV was found in the 12 to 18-month follow-up.
