基于ARM11的多声道超声波明渠流量监测系统设计

摘要 为了解决传统明渠流量监测系统中时差法测量收发两端数据联动困难、无法测量较宽明渠流量的问题,提出了一种基于多声道时差法的明渠流量监测系统的设计方案.为了提高波形信号提取及接收的准确度,自行设计了三级可控增益放大滤波电路.该流量计不仅抗干扰能力强、测量精度高、稳定性好,且可定制性使得系统更灵活,更易于维护. In the traditional method of time difference measurement in open channel flow monitoring system,sending and receiving data on both ends of the linkage is difficult.In order to solve the problem of wide open channel flow,the paper proposed a design scheme of channel flow monitoring system based on the multi-channel time difference method.In order to improve the accuracy of the extraction of the waveform signal and the received signal,a three-stage controllable gain amplification filter circuit is designed.The flowmeter not only has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability,high measurement accuracy and good stability,but also can make the system more flexible and easier to maintain.
