摘要
针对我国城市化发展进程中宜居城市指标的评价,综合运用主成分法、AHP等方法,分别构建了因子分析、层次分析等模型,使用SPSS、MATLAB等软件编程求解,得出影响城市宜居程度的八大一级指标及五大不确定因素的评价指标体系;运用评价指标体系对徐州市各指标进行分析,带入模型求解得出徐州市总体宜居水平较高,政府应根据当地实际情况从以上影响因素出发做出合理决策从而提高城市的宜居水平的结论。
According to the methods of principal component analysis and AHP,this paper constructs the factors such as factor analysis and AHP,and uses SPSS and MATLAB to solve the problem of urban livability.Brought into the model to find a higher level of overall livability in Xuzhou City,the government should be based on the actual situation from the above factors to make reasonable decisions to improve the city’s livable level of conclusions.
