益阳地区成年体检人群高尿酸血症患病率及相关危险因素分析

Prevalence of hyperuricemia and related risk factors in adult health examination population in Yiyang area

目的了解益阳地区高尿酸血症(HUA)患病率及其危险因素。方法对2016年6月~2017年6月在本院体检中心进行体检的7 421名成年人的体检资料进行分析。结果 7 421例受检者尿酸水平为(308.3±92.3)μmol/L,共检出高尿酸血症患者999例,检出率13.5%;线性回归分析表明,校正年龄后,肌酐清除率、血脂、血压、体质量指数、空腹血糖与尿酸水平独立相关;二元Logistic回归分析表明,校正了年龄后,性别、高脂血症、肥胖、高血压以及肌酐清除率下降是高尿酸血症的独立危险因素,而糖尿病和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇是HUA的保护性因素。结论益阳地区高尿酸血症的危险因素与既往研究相一致,但患病率可能高于以往对中南部内陆地区的常规认识,提示需要干预生活方式并采用相应药物治疗降低高尿酸血症的患病率。

Objective To determine the prevalence and risk factors of hyperuricemia in Yiyang area.Methods The health examination data of adult(from June 2016 to June 2017)in our hospital were analyzed.Results The serum uric acid level was(308.3±92.3)μmol/L in 7421 subjects,and 999 hyperuricemia patients were found.The prevalence was 13.5%.Linear regression analysis showed that,after correcting the age,the levels of lipid profile,creatinine clearance,blood pressure,body mass index,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol,fasting blood glucose were independently correlated with the UA levels.Logistic regression analysis showed that,after correcting the age,gender,hyperlipidemia,obesity,hypertension and decreased creatinine clearance rate were independent risk factors of hyperuricemia,while diabetes and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were protective factors of hyperuricemia.Conclusion The prevalence of hyperuricemia in Yiyang area may be higher than expected.The reason may be related to the dietary structure in this region.It is suggested that the corresponding medication should be used to reduce the prevalence of hyperuricemia.The risk factors for hyperuricemia in this region are consistent with previous studies.
