对限制条款方面的计价失误,材料、设备和施工技术要求方面存在失误,忽视承包商可能获取补偿权利的计价,报价人员素质不高等,都有可能造成工程报价失误。对此,应仔细研究招标文件,做好报价前期准备工作,认真核对报价工程量,加强报价工作的经济分析等。

The mistakes in pricing,materials,equipment and construction technical requirements,ignoring the possibility that the contractor may obtain the right to compensation,the quality of the quoted personnel are not high,all of which may cause the engineering quotation error.In this respect,we should carefully study the bidding documents,prepare the quotation,carefully check the amount of the quotation,and strengthen the economic analysis of the quotation work.
