近年来,我国经济的高速发展,经济体制的改革,以及各种利益集团的形成,促进了商品经济的发展,但同时也存在着一些严重损害消费者利益的社会问题。食品是人们赖以生存和发展的社会基础,民以食为天,但现在商品生产者为了过度追求利益,掺假制假现象频发,食品安全问题屡见不鲜,严重损害了人们的健康,因而加强食品安全监管是当下解决食品问题的重要举措。

The overall trend of rapid economic development in our country has emerged in recent years,the reform of the economic system and the formation of various interest groups have promoted the great development of the commodity economy.However,social problems have also taken place that have seriously damaged consumers.Food is the social foundation on which people depend for survival and development.People are reluctant to eat their food.However,nowadays,in order to over-pursue their interests,commodity producers are frequently adulterated and counterfeit goods.Food safety problems are not uncommon,causing serious damage to people’s health.Food safety regulation is an important measure to solve the current food problem.
