食品包装材料卫生安全性研究

Study on Hygienic Safety of Food Packaging Materials

食品包装材料能在很大程度上对食品的卫生安全造成影响。通过调查后发现,对于消费者而言,食品外观所造成的影响最为深刻,故而食品美观及精致的包装使消费者产生了深刻的印象。而食品的卫生安全更是一大重点,要想使消费者放心购买、食用食品,就必须确保食品的卫生安全。当食品所选用的原材料、食品添加剂及包装材料合格后,食品的安全才能得到保障,才能与国家卫生安全要求相符合。对此,本文阐述了当前食品包装材料中存在的安全问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的安全保障措施。

Food packaging materials for food hygiene and safety impact to a great extent,through the survey found that,for consumers,affect the appearance of food caused by the most profound,so beautiful and exquisite food packaging so that consumers have a deep impression.And the health and safety of food is a major focus.To make consumers feel safe to buy and eat food,it is necessary to ensure the health and safety of food.When the raw materials,food additives and packaging materials selected by food are qualified,the health of food can be guaranteed in order to meet the requirements of national health and safety.In this regard,this paper expounds the existing safety problems in the current food packaging materials,and on this basis,the corresponding security measures are put forward.
