浅谈农村食品安全问题——以汉川市为例

Discussion on the Problem Of Food Safety In Rural Areas——Take Hanchuan as an Example

俗话说"民以食为天,食以安为先",食品安全问题日益成为人们普遍关注的焦点。近年来,随着经济的发展与社会的进步,政府对食品安全监管力度不断加大,食品市场秩序逐步规范,但在经济条件相对落后的农村地区,食品安全得不到足够的重视,情况仍不乐观,农村食品安全问题日益突出,严重威胁着农民群众的身体健康和生命安全。汉川市地处湖北省江汉平原中部,紧邻武汉市,农村地域广、人口众多,农村食品安全也成为监管的难点和薄弱环节,甚至已经出现脱管状态,存在许多不容忽视的问题。

As the saying goes,hunger breeds discontentment,food to safety first.Food safety has become the focus of attention.With the development of economy and society,the government continues to increase the supervision of food safety in recent years,food gradually standardize the market order,but in the economic conditions are relatively backward rural areas,food safety is not enough attention,the situation is still not optimistic,the rural food safety problems have become increasingly prominent,serious threat to farmers health and safety.Hanchuan is located in the central part of Jianghan plain in Hubei Province,close to Wuhan.The rural area is vas and the population is large.The food safety in the countryside has also become a difficult and weak link in supervision,and even there has been a state of get rid of control,there are many problems that can not be ignored.
