摘要
(1)对来自不同产区、不同品种的牡丹籽样品进行理化指标检测,采用SPSS 13.0软件分析不同样品的差异性,以获得更具价值的品种。(2)采用原子吸收分光光度计检测的各组样品牡丹籽油的重金属含量,用液相色谱检测黄曲霉毒素B_1的含量,对各组样品的卫生指标进行了分析。(3)采用气相色谱法分析牡丹籽油的脂肪酸组成,用面积归一化法计算不同样品的各脂肪酸相对含量,比较了牡丹籽油主要脂肪酸含量和比例。
①Samples of peony seeds from different producing areas were tested for physical and chemical indexes,and the differences of samples were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.②The content of heavy metals in peony seed oil was detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer,and the content of aflatoxin B1 was detected by liquid chromatography.③The fatty acid composition of peony seed oil was analyzed by gas chromatography,the relative content of fatty acids in different samples was calculated by the method of area normalization,and the content and proportion of main fatty acids in peony seed oil were compared.
