气相色谱双柱双检测器法同时测定蔬菜水果中有机磷农药多残留的研究 被引量:3

摘要 主要借助气相色谱检测方法搭建双进样塔模式,通过双毛细管柱双检测器气相色谱试验方法对可能有残留的17种有机磷农药残留情况进行试验检测,能够对蔬菜以及水果中残留的多种有机磷农药进行快速有效的检测。实验已经证明,在检测蔬菜水果中有机磷农药残留过程中采用双塔双柱双检测器法,不仅简单快捷,还具有高回收率与高灵敏度的优势,试验中回收率高达70%~120%,相对标准偏差RSD为2%~6%,检出限为0.010 7~0.026 1 mg/kg,通过数据分析可以看出,这种检测模式的特点与蔬菜水果农药残留检测对速度与效果的要求相吻合。 In this paper,mainly by gas chromatography detection method to build dual-injection tower mode,by dual-capillary double detector gas chromatography test methods may have residues of 17 organophosphorus pesticide residues tested to detect vegetables and fruits can remain more organophosphorus pesticides for rapid and effective detection.Experiments have proved that the detection of vegetables and fruits in the process of organophosphorus pesticide residues using double-column dual detector method,not only has the characteristics of simpler and faster,but also has the advantages of high recovery and high sensitivity,the recovery rate of up to 70%~12%,RSD was 2%~6%,and the detection limit was 0.010 7~0.026 1 mg/kg.It can be seen from the data analysis that the characteristics of this detection mode are related to the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits the speed and effect of the requirements match.
