摘要
目的:对2017年贵阳市在售的进口三文鱼进行抽样检测,在省内首先实践相关检测技术,为市场监督和管理部门提供参考。方法:由贵州省产品质量监督检验院专业抽样人员进行随机抽样,餐饮、散装、包装各10批次,通过荧光PCR法进行检测,所用引物和探针根据转基因三文鱼AquAdvantage公开序列进行设计。结果:未检出含有转基因成分的样品批次。结论:目前转基因三文鱼尚未大规模进入当地市场。
Objective:The imported salmon foods sold in Guiyang city were sampled and detected for genetically modified organism(GMO).The detection technology was practiced in this province and the detection result could be a reference to institutions of supervision and inspection.Method:Random samples contained 10 batches of catering,bulk,package salmons in respectively,were collected by the professional sampler.GMO of the samples were detected by real-time fluorescence PCR which the primers and probes were designed according to public sequence of AquAdvantage.Result:GMO-free was detected in the samples.Conclusion:The genetically modified salmon has not yet entered the local market.
