食品微生物检验的方法主要有抗体检验、免疫学技术法、代谢学检验、快速酶触反应及代谢产物检测法。在食品微生物检验过程中,需要做好质量控制,这主要包括对人员、环境、检验过程、检验报告及结果几方面的控制。
The methods of microbiological examination of food mainly include antibody test,immunological technique,metabolic examination,rapid enzymatic reaction and metabolite detection.In the process of microbiological examination of food,quality control is needed,which mainly includes the control of personnel,environment,inspection process,inspection report and result.
