江西省中等职业教育经费支出与经济增长的实证分析

The Relation between Jiangxi Province's Expenditures on Secondary Vocational Education and Its Economic Growth: An Empirical Analysis

基于1996—2015年江西省中等职业教育经费支出和GDP总值的时间数据,运用EViews8.0分析软件进行相关性和因果分析,指出江西省中等职业教育经费支出与GDP的双向关系,进而提出为了加强中等教育经济功能,必须推进职业教育的投资多元化,加大职业教育的投资市场化,逐步提升中等职业教育的投入比例,建立中等职业教育物资投入与收益评估体系,改善中等职业教育的经费支出结构。

Based on 1996-2015 time series data of Jiangxi Province’s GDP and its expenditure on secondary vocational education,this paper,using EViews8.0 analysis software,analyzes their correlation and causality.It points out the two-way relationship between the expenditure on secondary vocational education and GDP,and then puts forward the following suggestions to strengthen the economic role of secondary education:diversification and marketization in vocational education investment should be accelerated,proportion of secondary vocational education investment be increased,a system for measuring material input and consequent returns be built up,and the expenditure structure be improved.
