技术哲学视角下发展现代学徒制的路径 被引量:1

On the Implementation of Modern Apprenticeship: A Perspective of Philosophy of Technology

摘要 当前职业教育存在"重教育规律、轻技术规律"的路径依赖,经验性技术被以科学理论、自动化、信息化和智能化为代表的现代技术挤压,这两大因素成为当前现代学徒制的发展困境。鉴于技术哲学的研究对象(技术)是现代学徒制的逻辑起点,技术哲学的研究方向与现代学徒制的需求相耦合,因而技术哲学可以为现代学徒制发展提供全新的视角。技术哲学对发展现代学徒制有两点启示:一是应以技术创新为目标提升现代学徒制的层次性;二是要以现代技术规律为基础提升现代学徒制的现代性。 In vocational education,education law rather than technological law has been paid more attention to,and experiential skills are suppressed or replaced by modern technologies or knowledge such as scientific theory,automation,information and intelligence.The two aspects mentioned above hinder the development of modern apprenticeship.Given that technology,the study object of philosophy of technology,is logically the starting point of modern apprenticeship,and that the research direction of philosophy of technology conforms to the need of modern apprenticeship,philosophy of technology can provide a new perspective for the development of modern apprenticeship.Philosophy of technology offers two enlightenments to the development of modern apprenticeship:the aim of technological innovation can advance modern apprenticeship to a higher level;modern technological laws can enhance the modernity of modern apprenticeship.
