软件技术专业推行现代学徒制的实践与探索——以天津电子信息职业技术学院为例

Research and Practice of Modern Apprenticeships for Software Technology Majors: A Case Study

天津电子信息职业技术学院与北京东软慧聚信息技术股份有限公司开展校企合作,以共建软件技术专业为目标,推进现代学徒制试点工作,在顶层设计、制度建设、课程体系、教学过程、师资建设、考核机制等方面,统筹推出共同管理、融合机制、一体化教学等系列措施,取得良好成效。文章在总结实践经验的基础上,分析了试点工作存在的问题,提出了加快完善课程体系、增强学徒身份认同、促进"双师双能"师资队伍建设等改进现代学徒制试点工作的建议。

Tianjin Electronic Information College and Beijing Neusoft Huiju Information Technology Co.Ltd.have cooperated in their pilot program of modern apprenticeships,which is to jointly prepare Software Technology majors and have achieved great success.In terms of in top-level design,system construction,curriculum system building,teaching process,teaching team building and assessment mechanism,they have made a series of measures such as joint management,integrated system,and integrated teaching and training.Based on a summary of the pilot program,the paper analyzes the problems and puts forward some suggestions such as improvement of curriculum system,recognition of apprentice identity,and construction of teaching team who have both a teaching and a technical degree,and have the ability to teach knowledge and at the same time to guide students to do their practical work.
