摘要
新形势下高职生源多元化,传统的教育方式已经不能满足学生需要,高职教育必须主动适应时代发展、学生变化。文章分析了高职生教育管理面临的新形势、不同类型学生的特点,提出了用供给侧结构性改革的要求改进学生教育管理工作的对策。
The source of students in higher vocational colleges is becoming more pluralistic under the new situation.The old way of education cannot satisfy the students any more.Our education must apply to the de鄄velopment of the times and the change of the students.And we should also think about what kind of effective education or help we can provide for the students and how to make use of the thought of the supply-side structural reform to improve the education and management of the students.
