污泥造粒颗粒好氧培养特性研究

摘要 为了探究污泥造粒颗粒在曝气中培养过程中形态、粒径、含水率、污泥沉降比(SV)、污泥体积指数(SVI)、悬浮物固体含量(MLSS)的变化,以污水处理厂活性污泥为材料,进行人工造粒,对造粒颗粒进行好氧培养.结果表明:培养20 d,颗粒污泥粒径由450.21μm增加到598.60μm,MLSS由5 373.01 mg/L上升到5 576.02 mg/L,颗粒污泥的SV由24.31%下降到19.31%;SVI由45.23 mg/L下降到37.41 mg/L;含水率由96.10%下降到95.19%.说明污泥造粒颗粒在曝气中培养过程中稳定性增强. In order to explore the change ofmorphology,particle size,water content,sludge settling ratio in aeration in(SV),sludge volume index(SVI),the solid content of suspended solids(MLSS)of the sludge granule in the aeration process,the activated sludge in the sewage treatment plant was used as material to carry out artificial granulation and aerobic culture for granulation particles.The results showed that:in 20 days of incubation,the size of sludge particle increased from 450.21μm to 598.60μm and MLSS from 5 373.01 mg/L to 5 576.02 mg/L,SV decreased from 24.31%to 19.31%,SVI from 45.23 mg/L to 37.41 mg/L,and moisture content from 96.10%to 95.19%.It shows that the stability of sludge granulation particles in the aeration process is enhanced.
