火针与毫针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果对比

Comparison of the Efficacy of Fire Needle and Acupuncture Needle in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:对比火针与毫针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法:收集本院自2016年6月-2017年7月收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者90例,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组给予毫针治疗,观察组给予火针治疗。分别在治疗前后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估两组疼痛情况,并评估两组的睡眠评分、治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后的VAS评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=21.817 4、17.202 8、3.814 3,P=0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 3)。观察组治疗后3 d、1周、2周、3周、4周的睡眠评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后1、2、3、4周后睡眠评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3 d睡眠评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=5.074 8,P=0.024 3)。结论:火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果确切,能够显著减轻患者的疼痛,缓解其不适,提高其生活质量,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of fire needle and millimeter needle in treating postherpetic neuralgia.Method:90 cases of postherpetic neuralgia in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2017 were collected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture needle treatment,the observation group was given fire needle treatment.Visual analogue score(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain in both groups before and after treatment,the sleep score and therapeutic effect of the two groups were evaluated.Result:The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those of the pre-treatment,and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=21.817 4,17.202 8,3.814 3,P=0.000 0,0.000 0,0.000 3).3 days,1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks after treatment,the sleep scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks after treatment,the sleep scores in the control group were significantly lower than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);3 days after treatment,the sleep score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(χ2=5.074 8,P=0.024 3).Conclusion:The effect of fire acupuncture in treating postherpetic neuralgia is definite,which can significantly reduce the pain of patients,relieve their discomfort,improve their quality of life,and have a higher popularizing value.
