围产期综合护理对孕产妇分娩产生的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Perinatal Comprehensive Nursing for Delivery of Pregnant Women

目的:研究与分析围产期综合护理对孕产妇分娩产生的影响。方法:选取本院2016年6月-2017年5月收治的100例孕产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取围产期综合护理。比较分析两组分娩方式、产程时间以及新生儿Apgar评分。结果:观察组阴道分娩率为84.0%(42/50),高于对照组的66.0%(33/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阴道分娩时,观察组第一、二、三产程及总产程时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿Apgar评分正常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围产期综合护理对孕产妇分娩具有积极影响,即可有效提高阴道分娩率,缩短产程时间,同时还能改善新生儿状态,促使其健康成长,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To study and analyze the effect of perinatal comprehensive nursing for delivery of pregnant women.Method:A total of 100 pregnant women who were selected in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to table of random number,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing care,the observation group was treated with perinatal comprehensive nursing.Apgar score,mode of delivery and labor time were compared between two groups.Result:The natural delivery rate in the observation group was 84.0%(42/50),which was significantly higher than 66.0%(33/50)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery in the first,second and third stage of labor and total labor time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Apgar score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing in perinatal period has positive influence on the delivery of pregnant and parturient women,which can effectively increase the rate of vaginal delivery,shorten the time of delivery,and at the same time,improve the state of newborn and promote their healthy growth,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
