Objective:To study the application of Glycerine Enema in the recovery of intestinal function after laparoscopic assisted radical resection of right hemicolectomy.Method:From October 2015 to May 2017,94 patients with appendicitis, cecum, ascending colon and hepatic flexure carcinoma of colon were selected from the department of gastrointestinal surgery, affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University, all patients underwent laparoscopically assisted radical hemicolectomy, they were divided into observation group and control group according to table of random numbers,47 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was treated the Glycerine Enema at 12 h after surgery. The time of anus exhaust, defecation time, discharge time and postoperative complication rate were compared between two groups.Result:The anus exhaust time, defecation time, discharge time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences on inpostoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Glycerine Enema can accelerate the recovery of intestinal function after laparoscopic-assisted radical resection of right hemicolectomy, shorten hospitalization time, and safe and reliable does not increase the risk of anastomotic fistula, can prepare for further treatment after operation.
