CT仿真内镜在颈段气管断裂伤早期诊断中的作用

The Role of CT Virtual Endoscopy in Early Diagnosis of Cervical Tracheal Rupture

目的:探讨气管CT仿真内镜在颈段气管断裂伤早期诊断中的作用。方法:回顾6例颈段气管断裂伤患者的临床表现、诊断及治疗,对气管CT仿真内镜在术前病情评估及追踪术后恢复情况的作用进行分析。结果:5例患者术后呼吸、发声、吞咽功能均恢复正常,1例术后仍有声音嘶哑。结论:气管CT仿真内镜有助于颈段气管断裂伤的早期诊断,还能明确气管损伤的部位及程度,帮助术前制定个性化手术方案,亦可追踪术后恢复情况,避免气管狭窄。

Objective:To investigate the role of CT virtual endoscopy in early diagnosis of cervical tracheal rupture.Method:The clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of 6 patients with cervical tracheal rupture were retrospectively analyzed.The effect of preoperative evaluation of CT and the recovery after operation were analyzed.Result:All the 5 patients recovered normal respiration,phonation and swallowing function,and 1 case had hoarseness after operation.Conclusion:Tracheal CT virtual endoscopy is helpful for early diagnosis of cervical tracheal rupture,it can clear the location and degree of tracheal injury,help to formulate personal surgical procedures at preoperative,also postoperative recovery can be tracked to avoid tracheal stenosis.
