高校教职工及社区居民缺血性脑卒中支架成形术的治疗效果及对持续性低血压发生情况的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Stent Oplasty on Ischemic Cerebral Stroke in College Staff and Community Residents and the Effect on Persistent Hypotension

摘要 目的:探讨高校教职工及社区居民缺血性脑卒中(ICS)支架成形术的治疗效果及对持续性低血压的影响。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年9月本院收治的本校教职工及社区居民ICS患者36例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各18例。对照组采用单纯药物治疗,观察组采用支架成形术治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血脂水平(TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C)、治疗后颈动脉狭窄程度及治疗预后情况。结果:治疗后,观察组血脂TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组及治疗前,HDL-C水平高于对照组及治疗前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后动脉内径轻度狭窄率高于对照组,中度狭窄及重度狭窄率均低于对照组,但比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后持续性低血压发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),新发梗死、颈动脉狭窄发生率均低于对照组,但比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高校教职工及社区居民ICS患者采用支架成形术治疗有助于改善患者血脂水平,降低持续性低血压发生率,控制狭窄率,值得推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of stent oplasty on ischemic cerebral stroke(ICS)in college staff and community residents and the effect on persistent hypotension.Method:A total of 36 patients with ICS in our hospital from June 2015 to September 2017 were selected,according to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,18 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple drug treatment,and observation group was treated with stent oplasty.The levels of blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C)before and after treatment were compared between two groups,and carotid stenosis degree and prognosis after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in observation group were all lower than those of control group and before treatment,the level of HDL-C in observation group was higher than that of control group and before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the rate of mild stenosis of arterial diameter in observation group was higher than that of control group,while the moderate stenosis and severe stenosis rate were lower than those of control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of persistent hypotension in observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),the incidence of new infarction and carotid artery stenosis were all lower than those of control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of ICS patients in college staff and community residents with stent oplasty is helpful to improve the blood lipid level,reduce the incidence of persistent hypotension,and control the rate of stenosis,which is worth of popularizing.
