摘要
柚皮素(naringenin)是柚皮苷的苷元,一种单体,属于二氢黄酮类化合物,主要存在于芸香科植物葡萄柚、西红柿、葡萄以及柑橘类水果中,是合成雌激素的天然替代物之一,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤及抗病毒等多重生物学活性和药理作用。目前越来越多的学者致力于柚皮素的研究,本文就近年来柚皮素抗乳腺癌作用的分子机制研究做一综述。
Naringenin is a glycoside of naringin,a monomer that belongs to the dihydro-flavonoid family and it found primarily in the rutaceae family of grapefruit,tomato,grape and citrus fruits and it is one of the natural alternatives to synthetic estrogen,with anti-inflammatory effects,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor effects and anti-viral effects and other multiple biological activity and pharmacological effects.At present,more and more scholars devote themselves to the research of naringenin.This review summarizes the molecular mechanism of the anti-tumor effect of naringenin in recent years.
