化痰祛瘀法对OSASH患者术后治疗效果观察

Clinical Effect of Dissipating Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis on Postoperative Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hyperpnoea Syndrome Patients

目的:探究化痰祛瘀法对阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者术后治疗疗效。方法:选取2015年10月-2017年5月将来本院治疗的OSASH患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。两组均在全麻下施行改良腭咽成形术,对照组不给予化痰祛瘀法治疗,观察组予以化痰祛瘀,服用减肥降压方汤药治疗。随访半年后,对比两组术后效果、行多导睡眠监测(PSG),记录体重指数(BMI)及血压,观察并比较两组患者远期临床疗效。结果:两组分别经过手术、术后配合中药调治,症状均较治疗前明显改善,同时两组患者体重与舒张压均下降,且术后配合中药调治的观察组疗效、体重及舒张压减轻近期更为显著(P<0.05)。随访半年,观察组疗效、BMI和舒张压下降较对照组显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化痰祛瘀法应用于阻塞型OSASH患者术后治疗中,可提高疗效,降低睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数,有效改善患者舒张血压及体重,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dissipating Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis on postoperative obstructive sleep apnea hyperpnoea syndrome(OSAHS)patients.Method:A total of 60 patients with OSASH admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the different surgical methods,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups of modified palatal pharyngoplasty under general anesthesia,the control group didn’t give Dissipating Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis,the observation group gave Dissipating Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis and Slimming Jiangya Decoction.After six months of follow-up,the postoperative effect,row polysomnography(PSG),records of body mass index(BMI)and blood pressure,long-term clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Result:The two groups were treated by operation and after operation with traditional Chinese medicine,the symptoms were significantly improved than before the treatment,the effect,weight and diastolic pressure of the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).Followed up for six months,the curative effect,BMI,and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dissipating Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis is applied to OSASH patients postoperative treatment,can improve the curative effect,reduce the sleep apnea hypoventilation index,effectively improve diastolic blood pressure and weight patients,has a higher application value.
