摘要
糖尿病是一种严重影响人民身体健康的慢性代谢性疾病,其诸多慢性并发症中以糖尿病性心肌病对患者危害为甚,患者无特定病因,如冠心病、高血压、心脏结构病变等,却可出现心力衰竭症状和体征,严重影响患者的生命质量。该并发症患者血中部分miRNA水平表达增加或减少,参与心肌纤维化、心肌细胞线粒体功能障碍、心肌细胞凋亡等众多糖尿病性心肌病病理过程,对糖尿病性心肌病患者既有积极影响也有消极影响。本文即对部分miRNA在糖尿病性心肌病病理生理过程中的作用进行综述。
Diebetic mellitus is a kind of chronic metabolic disorder impacting people’s health,among the various chronic complications of which,the diabetic cardiomyopathy is more prominent.The patients with DCM can present the symptoms of cardiac failure without the special etiologies,such as coronary heart disease,hypertension,changes in heart structure and so on,exerting a strong impact on the quality of the patients’.And some of miRNAs in the patients’serum may show increased or decreased expression,contributing to a series of pathology,such as myocardiac fibrosis,cardiac mitochondrial dysfunction,myocardium cell apotosis,which has both positive and passive effects on the patients.The essay aims to summarize how some of miRNAs act as in the pathophysiology process of DCM.
