The Significance of SFRP1 Protein Expression in Prostate Acinar Adenocarcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨分泌型卷曲相关蛋白1(Secreted Frizzled-related Proteins 1,SFRP1)在前列腺腺癌中的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。方法:采用免疫组化PV-9000二步法检测52例前列腺腺癌和68例良性前列腺增生组织中的SFRP1蛋白的表达。结果:在前列腺腺癌组织中SFRP1蛋白的阳性表达率为23.08%,显著低于良性前列腺增生组织的80.88%(X^2=39.928,P<0.001)。SFRP1蛋白的失表达与前列腺腺癌Gleason评分呈负相关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、术前血PSA值、TNM分期、是否有骨转移均无关(X^2=0.177、1.915、0.751、1.631,P=0.739、0.200、0.513、0.300)。结论:SFRP1蛋白表达的降低及其对Wnt信号通路抑制作用的减弱,与前列腺腺癌的发生密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the expressions of secreted frizzled-related proteins 1(SFRP1)protein in prostate acinar adenocarcinoma,and to analyze its relationship with clinicopathologic parameters.Method:The expressions of SFRP1 protein was measured in 52 prostate acinar adenocarcinoma tissues and 68 benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues by immuno-histochemistry PV-9000 two steps method.Result:Immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive rate of SFRP1 in prostate acinar adenocarcinoma(23.08%)significantly lower than benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues(80.88%)(x2=39.928,P<0.001).The loss of expression of SFRP1 protein was negatively correlated with the Gleason score of prostate adenocarcinoma(P<0.05),but had no correlation with age,preoperative PSA and TNM-staging,whether there was bone metastasis or not(x2=0.177,1.915,0.751,1.631;P=0.739,0.200,0.513,0.300).Conclusion:The decrease of SFRP1 protein expression and its inhibitory effect on Wnt signaling pathway are closely related to the occurrence of prostate adenocarcinoma.
