利格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗T2DM伴MONW患者的效果及对体脂成分的影响

Effect of Linagliptin Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of T2DM Patients with MONW and Its Effect on Body Fat Composition

目的:探讨采用利格列汀+二甲双胍对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并正常体重代谢性肥胖(MONW)患者施治后获得的临床效果以及针对患者体脂成分产生的影响。方法:选择本院2015年10月-2017年5月收治的150例T2DM合并MONW患者作为试验对象,所有T2DM合并MONW患者通过数字奇偶法展开随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组选择格列齐特+二甲双胍治疗,观察组选择利格列汀+二甲双胍治疗;施治12周后,对比两组T2DM合并MONW患者的糖脂代谢指标、体脂率(BF)、腰围(WC)以及血压水平。结果:治疗前后,观察组和对照组的糖脂代谢指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组BF低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的WC优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血压水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床合理选择利格列汀+二甲双胍药物对T2DM合并MONW患者进行治疗,可通过改善患者BF、WC以及血压水平,最终显著提高T2DM合并MONW患者的综合疗效。

Objective:To explore the Linagliptin+Metformin statins on type 2 diabetes(T2DM)combined MONW treats patients with normal body weight metabolic obesity after patients with clinical effect and the effect of the composition of body fat.Method:150 cases of T2DM combined with MONW in our hospital from October 2015 to May 2017 were selected as experimental subjects,all patients with T2DM combined with MONW were randomly divided into control group(75 cases)and observation group(75 cases).The control group was given Gliclazide+Metformin,the observation group was given Linagliptin+Metformin.After 12 weeks of treatment,the glycolipid metabolism index,body fat rate(BF),WC and blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared.Result:Before and after treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the index of glycolipid metabolism between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The BF in observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The WC level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The reasonable choice of Linagliptin+Metformin in the treatment of T2DM patients with MONW can improve the blood pressure level and improve the comprehensive curative effect of T2DM patients with MONW.
