热敏灸联合腰俞穴穴位注射治疗肛门神经痛的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Thermosensitive Piont Moxibustion Combined with Yaoshu Point Injection in the Treatment of Anal Anorectal Pain

目的:通过临床热敏灸联合腰俞穴穴位注射对肛门神经痛的治疗,客观评价其临床疗效。方法:将40例符合标准的患者按首次来诊的先后顺序分为治疗组与对照组,每组20例,治疗组采用热敏灸结合腰俞穴穴位注射,对照组采用腰俞穴穴位注射,均以四周为一疗程,疗程结束后使用疼痛评分、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、疗效评定标准评估患者的临床症状。结果:治疗四周后,两组患者肛门神经痛均有一定缓解,且治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腰俞穴穴位注射治疗肛门神经痛基础上联合热敏灸,可提高治疗效果,缓解焦虑程度,从而改善生活水平,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of thermosensitive piont moxibustion combined with Yaoshu point injection in the treatment of anal anorectal pain.Method:A total of 40 patients with anal anorectal pain were divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group,according to the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with thermosesitive piont moxibustion coupled with Yaoshu point injection,and the control group was treated with Yaoshu point injection,four weeks as a course of treatment.After treatment,clinical symptoms were evaluated with pain scale,SAS scales and SDS scales.Result:After four weeks of treatment,anal anorectal pain was alleviated in both two groups,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of anorectal neurosis can be improved with Yaoshu point injection threapy based on thermosensitive piont moxibustion,it can improve the treatment effect,relieve the anxiety of patients and improve the living standard of patients,it is worthy of popularizing and applying in clinic.
