妊娠期糖尿病三级预防的价值研究

Study on the Value of Tertiary Prevention of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探究三级预防在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年3月-2017年3月本院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者120例为研究对象。按照治疗方法不同将其分为观察组(三级预防)和对照组(常规措施),各60例。观察两组患者干预前后的血糖、血压、BMI指数及并发症发生情况。结果:干预后3、6个月,观察组血糖、血压及BMI指数均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为1.67%,明显低于对照组的15.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(X^2=6.98,P=0.01)。结论:三级预防措施在妊娠期糖尿病管理的应用中具有显著的临床效果,不仅可以早期筛查妊娠期糖尿病高危人群,并且还能早期诊治,继而减少发病率,与此同时还能促进病情良性转归,从而在最大限度下保证母婴安全。

Objective:To explore the value of tertiary prevention of gestational diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 120 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected,according to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(tertiary prevention)and control group(routine measures),60 cases in each group.The blood glucose,blood pressure,BMI index before and after intervention and complications between two groups were observed.Result:After intervention 3 and 6 months,the blood glucose,blood pressure and BMI index in observation group were all lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was 1.67%,which was significantly lower than 15.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.98,P=0.01).Conclusion:The application of tertiary prevention measures in management of gestational diabetes mellitus has significant clinical effect,not only screen the highrisk population of gestational diabetes mellitus early,but also diagnose and treat early,and then reduce the incidence rate,and at the same time,can also promote the benign outcome of the disease,so as to ensure the maximum safety of mother and child.
