基础医疗质量管理中新型质控措施的作用分析

Function Analysis of New Quality Control Measures in Basic Medical Quality Management

目的:研究与分析基础医疗质量管理中新型质控措施的作用。方法:以本院2015年10月-2016年10月基础医疗质量管理工作中50名医务人员为对照组,以2016年11月-2017年11月基础医疗质量管理工作中50名医务人员为观察组。对照组采取常规质控措施,观察组采取新型质控措施。比较两组不良事件发生率以及医务人员对工作满意度。结果:观察组不良事件发生率为6.0%(3/50),低于对照组的22.0%(11/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医务人员对工作满意度为98.0%(49/50),高于的对照组80.0%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基础医疗质量管理中采用新型质控措施的作用显著,既能显著减少各种医疗不良事件发生率,又能提升医务人员对工作的满意度,因此,该措施值得被应用及推广。

Objective:To study and analyze the role of new quality control measures in basic medical quality management.Method:A total of 50 medical staff in the basic medical quality management work in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the control group,and 50 medical staff in the basic medical quality management work from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the observation group.The control group was taken conventional quality control measures,the observation group was taken new quality control measures.The incidence of adverse events and job satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of adverse events was 6.0%(3/50)in the observation group,which was lower than 22.0%(11/50)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the medical staff in the observation group was 98.0%(49/50),which was higher than 80.0%(40/50)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control of basic medical treatment with new quality control measures has a significant effect,which can not only significantly reduce the incidence of various medical adverse events,but also enhance the satisfaction of medical staff to work,it is worth to promote the application.
