摘要
皮瓣移植是整形外科最常见的整复方式之一,但是在皮瓣移植过程中常发生皮瓣血液循环障碍、缺血再灌注损伤等,影响皮瓣的成活。脂肪干细胞(ADSCs)作为一种再生医学的种子细胞,应用前景广泛,其分化的多样性及分泌的细胞因子对皮瓣血液循环具有保护作用,可减轻皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤,提高皮瓣成活率。基因修饰作为一种生物化学方法,可使ADSCs过表达相关蛋白,从而提高ADSCs移植效率及疗效。本文就基因修饰ADSCs在保护皮瓣中的应用进行综述。
Skin flap transplantation is one of the most common reconstructive methods in plastic surgery,however,the skin flap blood circulation disorder,ischemia/reperfusion injury often occurs in the process of skin flap transplantation,which affects the survival of the skin flap.Adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs),as seed cells of regenerative medicine,have a wide range of applications.The differentiation of ADSCs and the secretion of cytokines have protective effects on the blood circulation of the skin flap,which can reduce the ischemia/reperfusion injury and improve the survival rate of the skin flap.Gene modification as a biochemical approach,can enhance the expression of related proteins of adipose derived stem cells,thus improving the efficiency and efficacy of ADSCs transplantation.The application of gene modified ADSCs in the protection of skin flap is reviewed in this paper.
