城镇化的内在平衡和内涵性的城镇化发展

Balanced Urbanization and Connotative Path to Future Urbanization

产业要素的空间集聚构成城镇化的根本动力,产业集聚、人口集中和土地利用集聚效应的不断提高构成了城镇化过程的基本特点,而城镇化发展的三个侧面的变化是内在统一的。文章从城镇化的三个侧面——人口城镇化、产业城镇化和土地城镇化的特点和内在关系出发,讨论城镇化发展的内在平衡性问题,并以此探讨城镇化发展演进的客观规律;总结了当前我国城镇化过程中内在失衡的主要表现,提出城镇化发展需要从外延性的城镇化发展道路过渡为一种内涵性的城镇化发展道路。

The urbanization process includes three main dimensions:industrial urbanization,land urbanization,and population urbanization,among which a harmonious relation and balanced pace must be kept.Through this analytical framework,the author discusses the objective rules of urbanization.In conclusion,the current paper presents the unbalanced problems in contemporary Chinese urbanization and suggests a new development path toward connotative urbanization in the future.
