摘要
依据生态承载力内涵构建评价指标体系,并运用加权主成分TOPSIS模型对黑龙江省不同类型资源型城市和一般型城市的生态承载力进行评价和比较分析。研究表明:黑龙江省资源型城市生态承载能力呈现森工城市较强、石油城市次之,煤炭城市较弱的空间差异格局;在煤炭资源型城市内部而言,鸡西市生态承载力较强,其余三座煤炭城市较弱的空间格局。并且将黑龙江省划分为哈大齐牡绥生态承载力较强区、伊黑大生态承载力中等区、佳鸡鹤鸭七较弱区三大区域。
This paper based on the connotation of ecological carrying capacity to constructs the evaluation index system,and uses the weighted principal component TOPSIS model to evaluate and compare the ecological carrying capacity between different types of resource based cities and general cities in Heilongjiang Province.The results showed that the strongest ecological carrying capacity of resource based cities in Heilongjiang Province is forest city,followed by the oil city and the coal city which has weaker spatial pattern.In the coal resource based cities,the ecological carrying capacity of Jixi City is the strongest and the other three coal city shows weak spatial pattern.And the paper divided Heilongjiang Province into three regions.The first area has stronger ecological carrying capacity which includes Harbin,Dalian,Qiqihar,Mudanjiang and Suihua.The second area has middle strong ecological carrying capacity composed by Yichun,Heihe and Daxinganling area.The last area has weaker ecological carrying capacity includes Jiamusi,Jixi,Hegang,Shuangyashan,and Qitaihe.
