浅析输液药物配伍与合理用药

Analysis of compatibility of infusion drugs and rational use of drugs

目的:监测我院住院患者及门诊处方输液医嘱,对医师静脉给药方案进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2012年1月~2016年12月门诊及住院处方输液医嘱进行审核,并对其中不合理用药现象进行总结与分析。结果:我院临床静脉输液给药存在不合理用药现象,主要表现在药物的配伍禁忌、溶媒选择的不合理、溶媒用量不适宜、药物剂量不适宜等方面。结论:定期进行合理用药评价,加强静脉药物配伍的监控,对促进临床静脉输液药物的合理应用,减少药物不良反应至关重要。

Objective:To monitor doctors'advice on infusion of outpatient and inpatient,analyze the physician intravenous dosage regimen,and then provide a reference for clinical medication.Methods:To Audit doctors'advice on infusion of outpatient and inpatient from January 2012 to December 2016 in our hospital,and then analyze and summary the phenomena of irrational use of drugs.Results:Phenomena of irrational use of drugs in clinical intravenous infusion were proved to exist in our hospital,mainly display in incompatibility of drugs,wrongly selected solvent,unsuitable amount of solvent,and incorrect dosage.Conclusion:It is essential,for promoting rational use of drugs in intravenous transfusion in clinic and reducing the adverse drug reaction,to evaluate rational use of drugs regularly and strengthen the monitoring of drug compatibility.
