摘要 [目的]探究辣木叶挥发性成分的化学构成。[方法]采用丙酮浸泡,正己烷萃取法提取辣木叶挥发性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)方法分析其成分构成,采用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。[结果]辣木叶中共鉴定出43种化合物,主要成分为新植二烯(3.752%)、植醇(9.309%)、9Z,12Z,15Z-三烯-1-十八醇(4.198%)、二十五烷(1.308%)、二十七烷(2.098%)、二十二碳烯酰胺(2.360%)、二十九烷(2.352%)、维生素E(8.495%)、菜油甾醇(3.368%)、豆甾醇(1.104%)、β-谷甾醇(14.239%)、β-香树素(3.325%)、24-亚丙基胆甾-5-烯-3-醇(7.170%)、4,8-二甲氧基-3-甲基-2(1H)-奎诺酮(1.586%)等。[结论]辣木叶挥发性成分主要包括甾体、醇、烃、杂环、胺、酯、醛、脂肪酸与酮,其中含量最高的为甾体类。 [Objective]The research aimed to explore the chemical composition of volatile components of Moringa oleifera leaf.[Method]The volatile components of Moringa oleifera leaf were obtained by immersing in acetone and then extracting with n-hexane,the composition of the constituents was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method and the relative content of each component was calculated by the normalization of peak area.[Result]43 compounds were identified,the major components were neophytadiene(3.752%),phytol(9.309%),9Z,12Z,15Z-Octadecaterien-1-ol(4.198%),pentacosane(1.308%),heptacosane(2.098%),dicarboxamide(2.360%),nonacosane(2.352%),VE(8.495%),campesterol(3.368%),stigmasterol(1.104%),β-sitosterol(14.239%),β-Amyrin(3.325%),24-propyl cholester-5-ene-3-alcohol(7.170%)and 4,8-Dimethoxy-3-methyl-2(1H)-quinolone(1.586%).[Conclusion]The volatile components of Moringa oleifera leaf mainly include steroids,alcohols,hydrocarbons,heterocycles,amines,esters,aldehydes,fatty acids and ketones etc.Among them,the highest content is steroids.
