摘要 为了探讨Sasobit作为沥青改性剂的适用性及优越性,分别对不同掺量Sasobit改性沥青进行常规性能试验及Superpave评价指标试验,并与基质沥青和SBS改性沥青的相关性能指标进行对比分析.结果表明:Sasobit改性剂可显著改善沥青的高温性能及施工和易性,同时对沥青的抗老化性能、感温性能也具有一定的改善作用,但对低温性能却有一定的不利影响.综合改性沥青材料的性价比,推荐Sasobit改性剂的最佳掺量为3.0%,能够保证改性沥青提高一个高温等级,同时低温等级保持不变. In order to investigate the suitability and superiority of Sasobit as asphalt modifier,regular performance tests and Superpave performance tests were carried out on Sasobit modified asphalt binder with different mix amount of Sasobit.And contrastive analysis of related performance indicators with control asphalt binder and SBS modified asphalt binder was conducted.The results indicated that Sasobit significantly improved high temperature performance and construction workability of asphalt binder.At the same time,it also enhanced anti-aging performance and sensitive-temperature performance to a certain extent.However,it had an adverse moderating influence on the low temperature performance.Taking into account cost-effective,3.0%of control asphalt binder mass was recommended as the optimum mix amount for Sasobit,which could improve one high temperature PG grade and meanwhile remain low temperature PG grade the same for Sasobit modified asphalt binder.
