白细胞介素6与子宫内膜癌侵袭和转移的相关性分析

Relevance of interleukin-6 with invasion and metastasis of endometrial cancer

目的:探讨白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)与子宫内膜癌侵袭和转移的相关性。方法:收集2014年3月—2016年10月经手术治疗的78例子宫内膜癌患者的肿瘤组织标本,同时收集42例子宫良性疾病、行子宫切除术患者的正常子宫内膜组织标本及26例不典型增生的子宫内膜组织标本。采用免疫组织化学法检测各组织中IL-6表达水平。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中IL-6的表达水平明显高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.01)。IL-6表达与子宫内膜癌肌层浸润和淋巴结转移存在等级相关性(Spearman等级相关系数分别为0.589、0.655,P<0.05),而与肿瘤分级等临床参数无相关性。结论:IL-6高表达与子宫内膜癌的侵袭和转移具有一定的相关性,是子宫内膜癌发展的一个监测指标及治疗靶点。

Objective:To investigate the relevance of interleukin-6(IL-6)with invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:Seventy-eight tumor specimens from patients with endometrial carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment from March 2014 to October 2016 were collected,meanwhile,42 normal endometrial specimens from patients with benign uterine diseases and 26 atypical hyperplasia endometrial tissues were collected as control.The expression of IL-6 in different tissues was detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results:The expression of IL-6 in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium(P<0.01).The expression of IL-6 in cancer tissue was positively correlated with myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis(Spearman rank correlation coefficient was 0.589 and 0.655,respectively,both P<0.05),while was not correlated with clinical parameters such as tumor grade.Conclusions:The high expression of IL-6 is correlated with invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.IL-6 may be used as a potential monitoring index and therapeutic target of endometrial carcinoma.
