高强度间歇运动锻炼联合药物治疗对哮喘患儿气道功能、炎性因子分泌的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨高强度间歇运动锻炼联合药物治疗对哮喘患儿气道功能、炎性因子分泌的影响。方法:选择在本院接受治疗的哮喘患儿108例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及运动锻炼组各54例。对照组患儿接受常规药物治疗,运动锻炼组患儿接受高强度间歇运动锻炼联合药物治疗。治疗前及治疗后3个月,对比两组患者肺功能、小气道功能、炎症反应等指标的差异。结果:治疗前,两组患儿的肺功能、小气道功能、炎症反应程度差异无统计学意义。治疗3月后,运动锻炼组患儿肺功能参数FVC、FEV1、PEF的水平高于对照组;小气道功能指标MMEF、MEF25%、MEF50%的水平高于对照组;血清中炎性因子IL-1、IL-2、HMGB1、TNF-α的含量低于对照组。结论:哮喘患儿在药物治疗基础上接受高强度间歇运动锻炼,可有效优化患儿的气道功能并减轻全身炎症反应。 Objective:To study the effect of high intensity interval training combined with drug therapy on airway function and inflammatory factor secretion in children with asthma.Methods:108 children with asthma who were treated in Zigong Maternal and Child Health Hospital between January 2016 and January 2017 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into control group(n=54)and training group(n=54).Control group received regular drug therapy,and training group received high intensity interval training combined with drug therapy.The differences in lung function,small airway function,inflammatory response and other indicators were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results:The differences in lung function,small airway function and inflammatory response were not statistically significant between the two groups before treatment.After 3 months of treatment,lung function parameters FVC,FEV1 and PEF levels of training group were higher than those of control group;small airway function indexes MMEF,MEF25%and MEF50%levels were higher than those of control group;serum inflammatory factors IL 1,IL 2,HMGB1 and TNFαcontents were lower than those of control group.Conclusion:High intensity interval training based on drug therapy can effectively optimize the airway function and reduce the systemic inflammatory response in children with asthma.
