乳腺癌超声弹性成像定量参数与病灶内癌细胞凋亡、侵袭异常的相关性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究乳腺癌超声弹性成像定量参数与病灶内癌细胞凋亡、侵袭异常的相关性。方法:选择在本院接受手术切除的乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据术后病理检查结果判断病灶性质并分为恶性组、良性组。术前进行超声弹性成像检查并测定弹性量值;术后采集病灶组织并测定凋亡基因及侵袭基因的表达量。结果:恶性组乳腺癌病灶的弹性量值显著高于良性组患者乳腺纤维腺瘤病灶;恶性组乳腺癌病灶内TNFR1、XIAP、Livin、MMP2、Sam68、SETDB1的mRNA表达量显著高于良性组患者乳腺纤维腺瘤病灶,TCEAL7、ARHI、ARID1A、YAP、LAIR1的mRNA表达量均显著低于良性组患者乳腺纤维腺瘤病灶;恶性组中高弹性量值的乳腺癌病灶内TNFR1、XIAP、Livin、MMP2、Sam68、SETDB1的mRNA表达量显著高于低弹性量值的乳腺癌病灶,TCEAL7、ARHI、ARID1A、YAP、LAIR1的mRNA表达量均显著低于低弹性量值的乳腺癌病灶。结论:乳腺癌超声弹性成像定量参数弹性量值的升高与病灶内癌细胞异常的凋亡、侵袭密切相关。 Objective:To study the correlation of the quantitative parameters of ultrasonic elastography in breast cancer with the abnormal apoptosis and invasion of cancer cells in lesions.Methods:Patients with breast tumor who underwent surgical resection in Nanchong Central Hospital between June 2014 and February 2017 were selected as the research subjects and divided into malignant group and benign group after the lesion properties were confirmed by postoperative pathological examination.Ultrasonic elastography was performed before operation to measure the elasticity value;tumor tissue was collected after operation to determine the expression of apoptosis genes and invasion genes.Results:The elasticity value of breast cancer lesion of malignant group was significantly higher than that of breast fibroadenoma lesion of benign group;TNFR1,XIAP,Livin,MMP2,Sam68 and SETDB1 mRNA expression in breast cancer lesion of malignant group were significantly higher than those in breast fibroadenoma lesion of benign group whereas TCEAL7,ARHI,ARID1A,YAP and LAIR1 mRNA expression were significantly lower than those in breast fibroadenoma lesion of benign group;TNFR1,XIAP,Livin,MMP2,Sam68 and SETDB1 mRNA expression in breast cancer lesion of malignant group with high elasticity value were significantly higher than those in breast cancer lesion with low elasticity value whereas TCEAL7,ARHI,ARID1A,YAP and LAIR1 mRNA expression were significantly lower than those in breast cancer lesion with low elasticity value.Conclusion:The increase of quantitative parameter elasticity value of ultrasonic elastography in breast cancer is closely related to the abnormal apoptosis and invasion of cancer cells in the lesion.
