摘要
目的:研究玻璃离子水门汀对青少年正畸后局部组织炎症反应、细胞凋亡及胶原代谢的影响。方法:选择在本院进行口腔正畸的青少年患者作为研究对象,随机分为使用玻璃离子水门汀作为托槽材料的观察组、使用牙釉质粘合剂作为托槽材料的对照组。正畸治疗前及正畸治疗1月后,测定龈沟液中炎症反应、细胞凋亡及胶原代谢相关指标的含量。结果:正畸治疗1月后,观察组患者龈沟液IL-17A、HMGB1、CXCL12、IL-1β、YKL40、Bad、FasL、Caspase-3、hBD3、BMP-7、ICTP、MMP4、MMP5、EA、TIMP1、TIMP2的含量与治疗前比较无差异,对照组患者龈沟液中IL-17A、HMGB1、CXCL12、IL-1β、YKL40、Bad、FasL、Caspase-3、ICTP、MMP4、MMP5、EA的含量高于治疗前,hBD3、BMP-7、TIMP1、TIMP2的含量低于治疗前;观察组患者正畸治疗1月后龈沟液中IL-17A、HMGB1、CXCL12、IL-1β、YKL40、Bad、FasL、Caspase-3、ICTP、MMP4、MMP5、EA的含量低于对照组,hBD3、BMP-7、TIMP1、TIMP2的含量高于对照组。结论:玻璃离子水门汀用于青少年正畸能够较牙釉质粘合剂更为有效地抑制炎症反应、细胞凋亡并改善胶原代谢。
Objective:To study the effects of glass ionomer cement on inflammatory response,apoptosis and collagen metabolism in local tissue of adolescents after orthodontics.Methods:Adolescent patients who received orthodontics in No.451 Hospital of PLA between May 2014 and April 2017 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group who used glass ionomer cement as the bracket material and the control group who used the enamel adhesive as the bracket material.The contents of indexes associated with inflammatory response,apoptosis and collagen metabolism in gingival crevicular fluid were determined before orthodontic treatment and after 1 month of orthodontic treatment.Results:After 1 month of orthodontic treatment,IL 17A,HMGB1,CXCL12,IL 1β,YKL40,Bad,FasL,Caspase 3,hBD3,BMP 7,ICTP,MMP4,MMP5,EA,TIMP1 and TIMP2 contents in gingival crevicular fluid of observation group were not different from those before treatment,and IL 17A,HMGB1,CXCL12,IL 1β,YKL40,Bad,FasL,Caspase 3,ICTP,MMP4,MMP5 and EA contents in gingival crevicular fluid of control group were higher than those before treatment whereas hBD3,BMP 7,TIMP1 and TIMP2 contents were lower than those before treatment;IL 17A,HMGB1,CXCL12,IL 1β,YKL40,Bad,FasL,Caspase 3,ICTP,MMP4,MMP5 and EA contents in gingival crevicular fluid of observation group after 1 month of orthodontic treatment were lower than those of control group whereas hBD3,BMP 7,TIMP1 and TIMP2 contents were higher than those of control group.Conclusion:Glass ionomer cement foradolescent orthodontics is more effective than enamel adhesive in inhibiting inflammatory response and apoptosis and improving collagen metabolism.
