摘要
劈麻组合刀具为提拉式苎麻剥麻机的核心部件。为了提高剥麻机的剥麻质量和工作性能,对劈麻组合刀具的劈麻刀、船型头、定位尖及展开翼等部分进行了试验研究和设计分析。通过试验获得了刀具合理的几何参数,进而保证了剥麻机的剥麻成功率和剥麻质量。
Combinational ramie cutting tools are the core component of pull-type ramie decorticators.In order to improve the ramie cutting quality and work performance of ramie decorticators,the experimental study and design analysis of the ramie cutting tools,ship-shaped head,positioning tips and deployment wings of combinational ramie cutting tools are conducted.The geometric parameters of the tools are obtained through the experiment,thereby ensuring the stripping success rate and ramie cutting quality of equipment
