摘要
利用百度试验法对脲醛树脂浸渍杨木的干燥特性进行试验和分析。结果表明,脲醛树脂浸渍杨木与未处理杨木干燥特性差异较大。树脂浸渍杨木未出现初期开裂和内裂,截面变形小,但易皱缩,弦径向干缩差异大并高于未处理杨木,干燥速度明显低于未处理杨木。
The drying characteristics of poplar wood impregnated with urea-formaldehyde are analyzed using a 100 XI test.The results show the drying characteristic difference between impregnated wood and untreated wood.The poplar wood impregnated with wood resin has no in itia l cracks and internal cracks and has a slight distortion in cross section,but shrinks easily,with greater difference in drying shrinkage in tangential and radial directions than untreated poplar wood,with drying speed significantly lower than untreated wood.
