摘要
巴哈比赛的参赛赛车大多存在车轮打滑、主减速器齿轮损坏、动力性能不佳等问题,而且参赛车上广泛采用CVT自动变速器。针对主减速器进行研究分析,基于车辆设计概况计算出合理的传动比,以解决车轮打滑、动力性能不佳等问题,设计出能够完成比赛任务的主减速器。通过计算得出主减速器主要零件的尺寸,通过UG软件建立三维模型,采用ANSYS仿真软件对其进行瞬态动力学分析,以确定零件材料。该主减速器的设计可为下一代赛车设计提供参考。
Most Baja racing cars have such problems as wheel slip,m ain reducer gear damage and poor power performance and besides,CVT automatic transmission is widely used in such cars.Research and analysis of the main reducer are conducted and a rational transmission ratio is calculated based on the vehicle design profile to solve the problems with wheel slip and poor power performance.A main reducer that can complete the racing task is designed,with the size of main components of the main reducer obtained through calculation,with a 3 D model established using UG software,ANSYS simulation software used to conduct transient dynamic analysis to determine component materials.The main reducer design can provide reference for the design of next-generation racing cars.
