发动机半圆轴承座公差配合设计与加工控制 被引量:2

摘要 便携式小型四冲程发动机性能要求半圆组合轴承座与轴承配合应具有密封性能,同时还要防止配合过紧引起轴承阻力过大进而导致发动机怠速的不稳定。从产品公差分析可知,采用密封胶作为箱体结合面密封介质能够设计出满足发动机性能要求的半圆轴承座配合,给出了满足经济生产要求的半圆轴承座直径和弓高尺寸配合的最佳设计。此外,针对半圆轴承座加工工艺及现场加工精度检测问题设计出半圆轴承座直径及弓高现场检测检具,方便了半圆轴承座加工现场的质量监控。 According to the small portable four-stroke engine requirement,the semi-circle combination bearing house and bearing fit shall have sealing performance and prevent unstable engine idle speed due to overlarge bearing resistance caused by fit over-tightness.It can be shown through product tolerance analysis that use of sealant as the sealing medium for the box body bonding face allows the design of semi-circle bearing house fit that can meet the engine performance requirements,with the optimum design of the semi-circle bearing house diameter and bow height size fit that can meet the economic production requirements presented.Besides,in view of the semi-circle bearing house processing technology and field processing accuracy inspection problems,field testing tools for bearing house diameter and bow height are design,facilitating the quality control of the semi-circle bearing house processing site.
