聚合硫酸铁的制备及二次废渣减量化处理的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了利用烷基化废硫酸溶解铁泥制备聚合硫酸铁的新工艺,考察了该工艺的可行性以及最佳投料比,得出了以烷基化废硫酸和铁泥为原料,在一定投料比下控酸、氧化,可以得到符合国标要求的聚合硫酸铁产品。同时考察了水洗、酸洗以及高温灼烧工艺对二次滤渣的处理效果,得出了酸洗、水洗工艺为二次废渣最佳处理工艺的结论,并将该结论应用于实际生产。该研究的实际实施既在一定程度上解决了环境污染,减小了环保压力,变废为宝,实现了危险废物的回收与利用,又优化了生产工艺,实现了二次废渣的减量化、减害化处理,降低了生产成本,为公司创造了可观的经济效益。 Studying the new process of preparing PFS by using waste sulfuric acid from alkylation and inverstigating its feasibility and optimum feed ratio.The research,use alkylated waste sulfuric acid and iron mud as raw materials,aimed to obtain PFS products in accordance with the national standards by controlling the concentration and oxidation of acid at a certain feed ratio.At the same time,the treatment effect of water washing,acid washing and high temperature burning on secondary filter slag was investigated,and the conclusion was drawn that acid washing and water washing were the best treatment technology for secondary waste slag,which should be applied to the actual production.To some extent,the study solved environmental pollution,reduced environmental pressure and changed waste into treasure,which not only realized the recovery and utilization of hazardous waste,but also optimized the production process.Last but not least.Not only it reduces the amount of second waste residue and the harm to the environment,but also it reduces the cost of production,bringing considerable economic benefits to the company.
