摘要
脓毒血症是重症监护室(ICU)患者死亡的重要原因之一,主要是由潜在或明确的感染因素所导致的全身炎症反应综合征。其主要特征是大量的微生物进入血液循环,触发机体过度的炎症反应而导致的一些列炎症和免疫损伤。大量的研究证实,机体免疫抑制在脓毒血症所致的多器官功能衰竭过程中起着重要作用。Tim-3/Galectin-9共抑制通路是重要的免疫负调控信号通路,其在脓毒血症所致的免疫抑制中的调控作用的相关研究逐渐受到关注。本文简要阐述并总结了Tim-3/Galectin-9通路在脓毒血症所致的免疫抑制中所发挥的调控作用。
As one of the most important causes of death in ICU,sepsis is systemic inflammatory response syndrome that mainly caused by a potential or definite infection.The character of sepsis is excessive inflammatory response and immune damage triggered by micro-organisms in the blood circulation.Mounts of studies had confirmed that immunosuppression played an important role in the process of multiple organ failure caused by sepsis.Tim-3/Galectin-9 pathway is an important co-inhibitory regulatory signaling pathway.More and more studies focused on the regulatory role of Tim-3/Galectin-9 pathway in the immunosuppression induced by sepsis.This article briefly describes and summarizes the role of Tim-3/Galectin-9 pathway in regulating immunosuppression induced by sepsis.
