摘要
为解决矿井综放工作面接替紧张的问题,提出松软煤层沿空留巷技术。在对工作面地质情况及现有巷道支护现状对留巷影响分析的基础上,提出使用木垛+袋装矸石充填、撕下帮沿空留巷方案;针对沿空留巷围岩控制难度大的难题,提出对实体煤帮、顶板采取高强度、高预应力锚索主动支护、及时支设充填体等围岩控制对策。矿压观测结果表明,在工作面后方60 m以外巷道围岩变形速度趋于稳定,围岩变形很小。
By analysis of the geological conditions at working face and the influence of current roadway support on retaining roadway,the author introduces the retaining roadway along goaf technology in soft coal seam by filling in with wood crib and bagged gangue and ripping off the edge,in which the surrounding rock control countermeasures of active support with high-intensity-and-high-strength-prestress anchor cable and timely filing body retaining are presented to control the deformation speed and degree.
