Suggestions for Third National Land Survey Based on Comparison of Geographical National Conditions Census and Second National Land Survey

基于二调和地理国情普查面积、精度的对比分析,提出对第三次土地调查的一些建议。两类项目侧重点不同,二调侧重土地利用状况,可以作为三调的基础数据;地理国情普查侧重地表覆盖面积,可以为三调补充图斑地理位置及属性数据。

Based on the comparative analysis of the area and precision obtained from the second national land survey and geographical national conditions census,the author presents some suggestions for the third national land survey,in which land use situation emphasized in the second national land survey can be used as the basic data while surface coverage area obtained from the geographic national conditions census as the supplementary data for patch geographical location and properties.
